Well it may happen that every time you power on your system, your system slows down due to unwanted programs like utorrent ,adobe updater,google updater and lots of other shits.

SOLUTION
1. OPEN SYSTEM CONFIG BY RUN OR TYPE IN START MENU
2.CHOOSE THE STARTUP TAB
3.DISABLE ALL AND CHECK THOSE SERVICES WHICH YOU REQUIRE AT STARTUP
